With over 15 years of experience in labor litigation representing national and international companies, she handles all types of hearings, proceedings, and agreements, both in and out of court. She contributes to advising on, drafting, and following up on amparo lawsuits and appeals under the Amparo Law in relation to the Federal Labor Law.
She provides support in advising companies, assessing risks and contingencies, developing prevention strategies, and managing terminations and hiring processes.
