His practice focuses on representing and advising domestic and international companies in the areas of Labour & Employment Law and Social Security. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing defense strategies in both individual and collective labor disputes, as well as managing proceedings before Conciliation Centers, Labour Courts, and labor authorities at both the federal and local levels.

As Head of Litigation, Ricardo oversees and coordinates strategic matters involving complex labor disputes, developing legal solutions aimed at risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and the protection of his clients’ interests. He also advises employers on employment terminations, labor inspections, and responses to inquiries and enforcement actions initiated by labor authorities.

Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He has completed postgraduate diploma programs in Labour and Trade Union Law at UNAM, Constitutional Injunction Proceedings (Amparo) through the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, and Oral Litigation at UNAM. He is currently pursuing a Specialization in Labour Law at the Faculty of Law of UNAM.
